Roastin' Peeps

Each year my mom gives the boys Peeps for Easter. And each year they get super excited, bite into one, and then spit it out. What can I say. The colored sugar filled marshmellows just aren't their favorite...until now.

We found out that roasting peeps on the bonfire is better than eating peeps anyday! The boys were in heaven with the fire alone, and then to add large, sugary colorful peeps into the mix doubled the fun! The peeps swelled up, oozed goo, and made for great fun!

Next year maybe they'll save themselves the trouble and just roast the peeps before the bite into them!
