On our way to pick up Grandma and Grandpa at the airport we stopped for dinner at one of our favorite BBQ places - Sonny's! We hadn't been there in such a long time, and enjoyed the family night out. We were having pleasant conversation, and asking the kids what they learned at school that day when Nathan starting talking about the Virgin Mary. We had no idea where he had heard that from, or what he was really try to say. It was so frustrating! It took me back to the days where we really did have no clue what they were talking about. Wow, I am so thankful the majority of those days are over!
When the server came to take our dishes, he was still talking about this Virgin mary person - and the server, thankfully helped us figure it out. He was talking about a veterinarian, the person who takes care of animals! We all had a good laugh over Nathan's 'Virgin Mary' who helps take care of animals.
