Each Labor Day Colorado Springs hosts the Balloon Classic. They have launches that go up at 7am for three mornings, and balloon glow's three evenings. Last year, we rose bright and early to get there and find that it was too windy for the balloons to launch. We were hesitant to go this year, but thankful we did when they did indeed take off! Over 90 balloons went up, and the boys loved it all!
On Sunday evening we went with cousins and friends to see the balloon glow.
The kids all loved counting down and watching the fire!
