Let Christmas begin...

On Wednesday morning we woke bright and early to fly to Colorado for Christmas. The boys were so excited from the moment they awoke. I am not sure if it was for the train ride to the airplane, or the airplane to see Grammy and Pop pop. Both were equally exciting events for them.

The boys travelled exceptionally well on both the trains and the plane and both Grammy and Pop pop were eagerly waiting for us at the top of the stairs in the airport. Dan and I jokingly walked away from them - as they had possession of the boys, and we were more than willing to leave them with them.



Shortly after getting home, Pop pop pulled out the sleigh for the boys. They quickly jumped into their snowsuits, put on their boots and headed into the snow. Grammy and Pop pop had a blast pushing the boys down the hill and even took several turns on the sled themselves. The boys lasted about 30 min. in the snow, and then came in to snuggle by the fire, and enjoy their first of many cups of hot chocolate.
