Aunt Beth

While the boys spent the majority of the day on the tractors, Beth and I spent the morning getting milk jugs, and helping set up for the cider pressing the following day. Beth has talked about getting a milk jug for as long as I have been coming to the farm - so I was thrilled to witness her actually getting one. And, while sitting in the doorway, we managed to do a little photo op!

I allowed Beth the opportunity to go inside and pick out the best ones, while I shouted directions to her from the outside where it was clean. It wasn't till she had picked them all up and looked them over did I realize how heavy they were. Mighty Aunt Beth!

Aunt Beth broke all kinds of records that day: she not only drove a tractor, got her milk jug, but also climbed to the top of the new, much higher, leg. It was just last year that she climbed the old one for the first time with Dan. Wow! What a difference a year makes! Look at her now!
