Shortly after lunch on Monday we headed over there, and enjoyed a tour around the grounds followed by a lovely tea. The place was absolutely beautiful, and the tea and goodies were scrumptious!

Glen Eyrie
One of a few things I have never done here in Colorado Springs, is to visit the Glen Eyrie Castle - home of the Navigators. I have heard wonderful things about their facility and their teas - and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to go with Peg and Beth on their trip out here.
Shortly after lunch on Monday we headed over there, and enjoyed a tour around the grounds followed by a lovely tea. The place was absolutely beautiful, and the tea and goodies were scrumptious!
Later in the afternoon the boys met us to walk around the grounds, and check the place out. The sun set quickly after their arrival though, and made our hike shorter than we would've liked. We will definitely be going back when the weather warms up!
