We have had a full week filled with 4th of July fun! As we prepared for our next trip - one more Fun Family Friday sounded like a marvelous idea! I have been itching to make some Chicken K-Bobs, and a fun summer dessert - and cleaning out the fridge for our two weeks in Ohio provided the perfect opportunity for one last meal to cook.
Dan topped off our delicious meal with letting the boys do some fireworks in the backyard! They loved it, and thoroughly wore themselves out running all over with their morning glories. There were some minor casualties due to the sparks: 2 large balls, the blow up pool, a clump of dead branches, and then Drew's foot. We learned some valuable lessons, a minor heart attack, and lots of laughs!
